    A bilingual business site that loads without jumping, with a private panel for its visitor statistics and WhatsApp enquiries.

    Problem
    My photography business had no web presence. It needed a bilingual site that is found locally, loads fast on a phone and turns visits into WhatsApp enquiries.
    Built
    A Romanian and English site on Cloudflare Pages with serverless functions, planned from fifteen working documents before any code: structured-data local SEO, Search Console and GA4, View Transitions and prerendering, and a token-protected admin panel for visitor statistics and WhatsApp leads.
    Result
    A 61-page sitemap in Romanian and English; layout shift (CLS) 0 in three Lighthouse mobile runs on 24 September 2026.
    Limits
    Not a client project — which is why I can show you the admin side.

    AI output that sounds right but cites nothing.
    Built
    My own research, reporting and production work runs on specialised AI agents routed from plain-language requests. A check flags anonymous references as documents are written, research reports must pass a source check for every number before delivery, and agents are re-tested against fixed test cases before changes ship.
    Result
    The same rule sits behind every figure on this site: a source, or “no data”.
    Limits
    It shows how I work. It is not a product you can buy off the shelf.

    Problem
    Applying steadily and hearing nothing back, with no time to read every posting.
    Built
    A pipeline that goes from the CV to target roles, live postings, company research and tailored drafts; each role is scored 1–10 against a visible rubric (≥7 apply, 5–6 wait, ≤4 skip) and the report comes in the candidate’s own language.
    Result
    The whole flow is explained in the 30-second reel on the career page.
    Limits
    The rubric helps you choose where to spend your evening. It does not promise interviews.

    A PDF cannot show how someone presents.
    Built
    A video made from the CV itself: the CV read against target postings, a script from that analysis, generated visuals, subtitles, music sync and colour grade — no studio, no filming day.
    Result
    One video in two cuts: 16:9 (55 s) for desktop and LinkedIn, and 9:16 (40 s) for mobile.

  8. Multiplayer chess in the browser

    Problem
    Playing chess, backgammon or cards with friends online usually means accounts, ads and app installs.
    Built
    Four browser games — chess against a friend or an engine; Batak, Hearts and Romanian Whist at one table; backgammon; and draw-and-guess — with nickname-only entry, password-protected rooms, bots for empty seats at the card table and five languages chosen per player.
    Result
    Live today, and each installs on a phone like an app.
    Limits
    Proves real-time engineering and that it shipped. It is a free side project, not a service with an uptime promise.

    Single-page apps on the same live site as the four multiplayer games — seven browser apps and games in all, each opened from a plain link.
    Result
    Each is a single web page that needs no account and installs on a phone.
